It’s with immense pride and enthusiasm that we welcome our newest senior team member, Suzanne Kerr, in her role as Head of Accounts.
A true reflection of the spirit of Dundee, Suzanne brings a rich tapestry of experiences, insights, and values that resonate with MMG’s ethos. Being rooted in Dundee, she has seen the city transform over the years and recognises the vast potential that lies in embracing change.
Suzanne says, “Being a steadfast Dundonian, I value honesty, reliability, and a straightforward approach. I’ve dedicated over 27 years to a local accountancy firm. This long-standing commitment to the profession and the city has honed my expertise, especially with owner/manager businesses and third sector organisations.”
On joining MMG, Suzanne saw an opportunity to bring about impactful changes. As Head of Accounts, she holds the mantle of ensuring that MMG evolves with the changing needs of contemporary businesses. While maintaining the integrity of our records and reporting is paramount, Suzanne also emphasises on the importance of a consistent service across all our locations.

The alignment of personal and organisational values was a significant draw for Suzanne to join MMG. “Values act as our guiding star. MMG’s values mirrored my own, so it affirms my decision to be a part of the team, as the right one. My initial interactions with our managing partner, Paul, and the broader leadership team, reaffirmed my belief. Their warmth and vision resonate with my aspirations. Together, I am confident we will bolster MMG’s legacy and carve new paths.”
